Fashion and Event Photography | Renegades take downtown Oakland

No matter what, you just can’t keep me down for long… a trip to the ER for some serious bronchitis, some great medication, and a will to photograph interesting things won out last week as I was able to be one of the two main shooters for this fantastic Renegade event in Downtown Oakland! My good friend Joerg Lehmann and I pulled off a crazy shoot with the invaluable help, coordination and planning of Renegade founder and PR maven Martha Blanchfield! Martha and I pulled in models, Joerg masterfully set up two different lighting sets in a vacant shop front on the corner of Franklin and 14th street downtown, and costume designer Bbeauty Designs debuted some brand new costumes that were out of this world.
