Have you ever wished upon a star for a preset that will work on most if not all of your images? I use this preset on import from my cf cards, and it gets me 90% of the way there on most of my images. It does a little color correcting, some midtone contrast, a slight saturation tweak to make the colors natural but bright, and it uses your camera’s faithful calibration settings to customize the color specific to your gear!
