Everyone has been buzzing about the upcoming launch of Adobe Photoshop CS5 and all its rumored new exciting features… well, I can neither officially confirm or deny the presence of specific features (hey, I am still under an NDA people… really I’d love to tell you, but then I’d have to kill you, and that gets messy…,) part of the gag order has been lifted, and I am pleased to report that I have been on the beta test team, and seen this baby run full speed ahead, and I can tell you that I will be waving my hand at the front of the line when they take pre-orders starting in mid April. This is a must have upgrade for me. I loved CS4, but CS5 is like a six pack washboard abs tan surfer boy walking by you on the beach… um… you just have to look and admire!

Here is a before and after… bye bye ugly tennis courts and pole in my way… hello perfect! “sure,” you say, “it can be done in whatever version of Photoshop I have now,” but can it be done in oh… um…. 5 SECONDS???? Seriously going to give me weeks of my life back as a wedding photographer… weeks I’d like to spend on the beach with a fruity cocktail in my hand… Enjoy, and discuss!!
