Welcome to my brand new blog!! My name is Kimberly Sayre, and I have been a professional wedding and portrait photographer since 2002. Sometimes you’ll see some “alphabet soup” following my name, ie Kimberly Sayre, CPP, Cr.Photog. What does that mean to you as a prospective or current photography client? It means that I am one of only about 2500 photographers in the country to have undergone professional certification which involved a thorough technical examination and an image review to assure I met the high standards of those who are certified.

Ok, so what does that really mean?? When you hire me to capture your family portraits and rites of passage.. unique, one of kind moments in time that are gone in an instant were it not for the photographs we cherish, that you will be getting someone who is a certified professional, not someone who just bought a cool camera, and decided to become a photographer. I constantly avail myself to ongoing education opportunities, have nothing but the best professional equipment for practically every situation that might arise, and that you can trust that your images will be carefully and painstakingly captured, processed, backed up, nurtured, and loved by me… I really take this stuff seriously!
